Design/Properties:

The flight feather is one of our original designs in the feather tribe, and a very popular one at that. It is modeled on the feather from the wing of the bird. The flight feather represents the ability for us all to spread our wings and fly. Promoting strength and confidence. On an intuitive level, Abalone helps to stimulate psychic development and intuition while promoting the power of imagination. It has a soothing vibration that can help calm emotions during deep healing and will emotionally support the growth of Self.

Physically, Abalone can heal the body within the Chakras but resonates most with the Third Eye, Heart, and Solar Plexus Chakras. Within Third Eye Chakra, it will stimulate psychic intuition. Within the Heart Chakra, it will help to gently clear and release emotions of fear, sorrow or any other negative feelings held. Within the Solar Plexus, it will use the power of Nature to re-instill the Power of Self. This feather necklace has a Silver Bail at the top neatly secured. It accommodates to Silver Plated Chain that it comes on.

Size:

The chain itself is 46 cms long (18.11 inches) and when on the neck the entire necklace hangs about 27.5 cms (10.82 inches) down the chest to the bottom tip of the feather. The feather pendant itself is 1.77 inches (4.5 cms) from the tip to the top of the stem and 0.39 inches wide (1 cm). This is one of 3 sizes in the abalone feathers we sell. Materials:

The amazing multi-colored Abalone / Paua Shell is the most unique shell we have! Because of the natural differentiation of nature, the color of the shell is a combination of blue and green on one side and on the other can be a combination of blue, green, pink or silver depending on the individual shell. If you have a preference please message us and we will do our best to color match your wishes with what we have. When you look at them on different angles the colors shift like an opal. They are an absolute crowd-stopper, amazing to look at, and the energy in them feels incredible to wear.

A thing to note with the shell feathers are, as incredibly beautiful they are, they can also be very fragile! You must wear them with care, and treat them with utmost love (as you should any of your possessions!). If worn too roughly, they are prone to snap! Which is always so heartbreaking :-( Luckily, we do have a 1-month breakage policy {see shop policies} or you can do a DIY fix with some super-glue (we’ve found this is really easy and often makes the piece stronger afterward too!). All shells are sustainably sourced and fair-traded from the clear waters of Indonesia. The pendant comes with 46 cms long silver plated chain.
