Size The Rosewood feather measures 5.5 inches (14 cm) long and 1.5 inches (3.5 cm) wide It has a WIDE TOOTH for a tougher beard. The Horn feather is slightly smaller, measuring 5 inches (12.5 cm) long and 1.25 inches (3 cm) wide it has a FINE TOOTH for a thinner, smoother beard.
Materials This hand carved feather beard comb comes in two different materials. The reddish brown coloured one is hand carved from Rosewood. It has a larger tooth spacing for a deeper beard. The 'feather tribe' text is inlaid in the comb with a black wood resin. The black coloured one is hand carved from the Horn of a native Indonesian Water Buffalo. It has a finer tooth spacing for a finer beard. The 'feather tribe' text is inlaid in the comb with bone from the buffalo. Both combs will work for any beard type but have slightly different properties for the serious bearded man. Both materials are sustainably acquired and fair traded in Indonesia. The pendant comes with 2mm premium black cord. It is long lasting, hard wearing and water resistant. Bottom line is what every guy wants in a beard comb. It does the job it was intended for. :-)
